Listen to each other, trust your part and find the rhythm again when someone misses a beat. You’re making music together, not competing for the best solo.

Our teachers guide you step by step. We provide the sticks and instruments; you bring your curiosity.
Play together in the Club, work in smaller groups at the school or ask about moving between spaces.
Add a team meeting, a garden break or time to use the Club in your own way.

ONE WAY IT COULD GO Learn a short rhythm in smaller groups. Then put the parts together as one team. Add a presentation in the Club or a break in the garden if it suits your day.

BDE AT YOUR EVENT

Choose a live show, hands-on team building or a mix of the two.

Book the Tribal Drum Ensemble for a live percussion show. Ask about adding dance.
In a hands-on session, we guide your guests through rhythms they can play together using drums, practice pads or clapping and tapping.
Combine a performance with participation if it fits your venue and schedule.

ONE WAY IT COULD GO Open with a Tribal Drum Ensemble show, then invite guests to pick up a rhythm in a guided drum circle.

Tell us about the venue, audience and time available. We’ll work out the setup and sound requirements with you.

THREE SPACES. ONE BDE.

Play together in the Club, split into smaller groups at the school or take a break outside. The Club and school share the same site.

THE CLUB & STAGE: Bring everyone together for drumming, a team presentation or a live set. The Club is 60 m² in total, including the stage and green-screen area.
THE DRUM SCHOOL: Try different rhythms in separate teaching rooms, then bring those parts together in the Club.
THE GARDEN: Take a break outside. If you’d like a barbecue, tell us so we can discuss what’s possible for your date.

Share your headcount and any seating, access or sound needs. We’ll confirm which rooms and setup fit your team.

CAN WE DO THIS IF NONE OF US DRUM?

Yes. We teach simple parts step by step, then help the group bring them together. Tell us if some teammates would rather watch or need a different way to join in.

WE ONLY KNOW OUR BUDGET. CAN WE START THERE?

Yes. Share a rough budget and anything you know about your team. BDE can suggest a programme that fits.

CAN WE JAM WITH MUSICIANS?

Playing alongside musicians is arranged only by request, subject to availability. Select it in the enquiry if you’d like a guided jam. You can also request a separate concert.

CAN WE ADD SOMETHING TO THE SESSION?

Ask about a garden barbecue, snacks or BDE balloons, including helium-filled balloons by request. Guests can also take home a BDE T-shirt, tank top, bag or pair of drumsticks, depending on stock. We’ll confirm what we can arrange and price it in your quote.

HOW LONG SHOULD WE SET ASIDE?

Tell us how much time you have and whether you want a show, time to learn and play, or a longer visit with breaks. We’ll agree the running time and setup when we put together your quote.

DO WE NEED TO BRING INSTRUMENTS?

BDE provides the sticks and instruments for the drumming we agree on. If we come to you, tell us about the space so we can plan what to bring and where to set up.

CAN DRUMMING FIT AROUND A MEETING OR PRESENTATION?

Yes. Share your running order or time window. At BDE, you can ask about using the Club for a presentation. At your venue, we’ll talk through space, sound and when we can set up.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE SESSION USE?

English is our main language. We can also run sessions in German, Italian or Portuguese. Tell us which language works best for your team.
